What Mamas Are Saying
“I cannot express how much your class meant to me. As a pregnant mother with overwhelming emotions, I didn't realize how much I needed that emotional release until now. The class left me feeling revitalized, unburdened, and more in tune with my baby.”
— Indigo Flynn
“Amidst the many transitions happening around me, I felt the need to take a moment and release any pent-up tension in my body. Thankfully, your class provided a safe and welcoming environment that empowered me to do just that. Thank you for giving me permission to prioritize my physical and mental wellbeing for me and my child.”
— Nancy Pedroza
Frequently Asked Questions
-
No, no prior yoga experience necessary. Though having developed a practice will aid you in diving deeper beyond the physical with each asana.
-
All virtual, live classes are held via Google Meets. Similar to Zoom, you do not have to download an app or software or create a Google account to join.
-
Every class is considered safe for every stage including fertility, pregnancy, postpartum + Motherhood. Traditionally, these stages are grouped together as one prenatal/postnatal yoga class. I prefer to protect the energy of the container and separate the stages. This is why you can find multiple editions of Womb + Heart specific to your Mothering stage.

No earlier than 8 weeks postpartum, if then. I wouldn't recommend doing any kind of strenuous or even physical activity outside of a very casual and easy walk before at least 42 days had passed or the cuarantena. And even then, I would only recommend very gentle movements that take your core and pelvic floor into consideration.

Recordings are available for all Studio members.
-
I would recommend securing a set of blocks or some sort of equivalent, a thick blanket or a yoga/massage roller. Upon enrollment or class registration, you will receive an email with further instructions on what to have with you before and for class.
